Initially, this post did not involve that bad word cancer, but we found out that someone very close to us has been diagnosed and we are all researching ways to beat it. And beat it we will.
In our research, we were surprised to find that exercise can be huge in prevention, improving physical /immune function, and cut down the chance of recurrence. In case you didn't have enough motivation...your life can now be added to the list.
For me, I now have even more determination for March Madness!

My thoughts and prayers going out to your friend Janna.
Sorry to hear about your friend Janna. Praying.
I am so sorry to hear about that! I will keep y'all in my thoughts. but yes, exercise is such great motivation for so many things!
GET IT GIRL! I know you'll stay motivated because you have the best attitude when it comes to setting realistic goals. GO GO GO GIRL!
I'll be praying for you and I KNOW that person will kick the dreaded c words @$$! Go away cancer, GO AWAY!!!!
xoxo
Thoughts are with you guys!!
aww, sorry to hear about your friend. that's terrible!!
Hopefully they caught it early...both my mom and grandma are breast cancer survivors. I've been thinking a lot about health lately (and even talked to a genetic counselor about the family history), which is one of the reasons for me wanting to be more healthy overall.
And I've tried Zumba with my sister-it is WORK! Make sure you bring some water, cause you'll need it!
Praying for your friend, I hate, hate, hate that evil word. XO
I love zumba! I hope you do too.
Cancer is a total ahole. I'm sorry someone close to you has been touched. Attitude and support play a strong role. Your loved one will beat it!
I started my new diet and exercise regime today. I better be a supermodel by June or someone is gonna pay!
cancer sucks. I'm always so sad to hear of it affecting another life. Exercise helps delay, prevent and cure it but support from friends and family is unparelleled. What you and hubs are doing is awesome! Thanks for having me today, it's been fun and I love seeing your goals!! Don't be silly Senorita, we could rock the gym together...anyday!
Cancer really pisses me off. Sending lots of prayers!
I'm so sorry to hear about you friend - sending my love and prayers.
Thanks so much for hosting, what a wonderful idea - I found the hop through Kristine and very excited to be joining in!

Oh no, sorry about your friend. Cancer sucks. :(
You will rock these goals and have a great time doing it. I'm excited to hear all about it! :)
Also, I totally read my camera's manual so you aren't alone there, haha!
As a photographer reading your camera's manual is actually a really smart idea and you can learn a ton. Good luck with your goals- you can do it!
Hmmm, I guess I didn't realize this was a link up, where have I been? I've been doing this system called Revolt and it's kicking my butt!
I've been posting monthly goals for almost a year now and it is SO HELPFUL to post them and then recap to be held accountable! Really, y'all should consider doing a monthly goal link up- not just march. A month is a great amount of time because its short enough that you don't put things off (like a new years resolution) but it still gives you enough time to accomplish something and look back to be proud of yourself :)
